Our founder, Felecity, feels it is well reflective in the global climate of this current lifetime. We are, in her view, actively amid a time of "Rising Revolutions." From within the heart something is rousing. While subtle, it originates at a foundational level of our very existence, translating into visible effects far and wide. This rousing is burning within humans at every corner of the globe.
Do you see it?
Providing grounded support to rise swiftly, even in the face of our world
We utilize a variety of collected tools, methods and modalities to design an experience which is completely dependent upon the clients needs, goals and view- this includes energy work, readings, coaching, and mind training exercises which come together in one session.

Energy work, also known as energy healing, is a practice which arises from the view that our bodies, lives and world are comprised of dynamic energies which effect and influence every aspect of being- from the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental areas of wellness to the life path itself.
At a basic level, these practices are directed by the understanding that -energy- also known as prana, qi, wind, wisdom, life force, vital energy, or source energy flows through us and everything around us. At times, the stress of life, emotional trauma, negative patterning, our environment, lifestyle, illness or major life change can create blockages, imbalances, hold onto old connections, or manifest through sensations of stagnation, confusion, fatigue, disconnection, anxiety, pain, stomach problems, as well as changes in perception or mental state. These can also cause the "external" effects or repetitive or cyclic problems, unnecessary obstacles and difficulty.
The goal of energy work thus is to clear blockages, open channels, "patch holes" or energy leaks which may come from attachments, and restore naturally pristine and brilliant presence of energy each being has. By "restoring" the energy and channels to their open, free moving form the body and the path are both given the chance to stabilize, recoup and prepare the next action!
The process of energy work can look different depending on the session format as well as the modality / intention point. Generally, in person sessions are conducted through the gentle placing of hands onto areas such as the head, shoulders, arms and feet. Healing work can also be conducted remotely utilizing visualization with equal benefit to in person sessions.
These forms of healing work have been used throughout the world since the beginnings of human time. We have the Vedic understandings of ancient India who mapped the energy centers and channels... Thousands of years of Chinese Medicine which is based around "Qi" that would give rise to acupuncture and Qi Qong... Indigenous people of the world have their own flavors of shamanism... Reiki came from Japan in the 20th Century... And today, we are absolutely bursting with new modalities which expand those which came before. Energy work is also possible to be experienced in a non-spiritual way, too! Nobody is excluded from it's function.
First, take a few deep breaths drawing air into your lower abdomen, hold the air for a few moments, then slowly release on an "Ahhhh"
After a few breaths and once settled, begin to feel what it is like to be in your physical body. Imagine you are feeling your right hand from within, then your left... Then both... And gradually increase this awareness of your body from within to your arms up to your shoulders, then your neck and head... Chest... Stomach, back, hips... Legs... And finally feet.
When you have your full body in awareness, simply sit there for a moment. Notice if anything feels different? Is anywhere more tired? Is anywhere more tense? Simply take note of the sensations you find.
Then, when you are ready, wiggle your fingers and toes, returning to your normal wakefulness. Apply the sensations you noticed to your behaviors for the day- relax what is tense, rest what is overworked... Nourish what asks for nourishment!
